- You are encouraged to send advertisements of goods belonging to you or fully owned by you. This is to avoid any confusion in the future. Ads for any items stolen or is banned in Malaysia is strictly prohibited.
2. Classifieds goods company.
- Companies that wish to place ads encouraged to put some information on companies in the ads. Ads for any items stolen or is banned in Malaysia is strictly prohibited.
3. Ad services / Rentals / Jobs
- For any advertising services, rental or employment, you are encouraged to put detailed information of the services offered. This is to avoid any doubt and confusion about the service you offer. Advertisement of services is prohibited in terms of religion, race and nation are prohibited altogether.
4. User written evidence.
- You are given the freedom to write your description of the goods advertised. This will make it easier for consumers to understand the ads that you entered. Some guidelines are as follows:
a. You are not allowed to copy, steal, and to change any of the writings of the website or other advertisements.
b. You are forbidden to write ads that blend obscene, threatening or affecting the sensitivity of Malaysian society.
c. You are not encouraged to write your ad information in the form of 'short text'. Full text is highly recommended.
5. You are allowed to place ads only once for an item while it is still not expired. The administrator reserves the right to close or remove the ad if there is no duplication of advertising.
6. Picture
- You are given the opportunity to upload up to 3 photos for each item in the advertising. Please ensure the image is uploaded correctly. The administrator reserves the right to remove ads that contain pictures that are not relevant and contain elements that are not allowed.
7. We are NOT responsible for any legal action imposed for any negligence, fraud or fraudulent information in the diskaun.my. All actions are under the liability of the traders who advertise goods.
